The new o1 model that was released on ChatGPT last week is incredible.
It is still in “Preview” mode, available to paying users, and our students are already doing amazing things and enhancing their professional lives with it.

In our tests, o1-preview is 50% better than the 4o model, quite an improvement!
o1-mini, with its longer responses, is ideal for programming.
o1-preview is perfect for more in-depth reflections.
2/ o1 has an IQ score of 121
Maxim Lott used o1-preview to answer official IQ tests (Mensa). And for the first time ever, an AI surpasses average human intelligence.
The full version of o1 (not "preview") is expected to exceed this score by about ten points when it is released later this year.
3/ Advanced audio mode arrives soon
Forget Siri and Alexa! For paying ChatGPT users, it is now possible to converse much more naturally. And it's amazing. However, we still have to wait for this new mode to be compatible with the o1 version.

More reassuring than previous versions, ChatGPT reveals the "chain of thought", its thought process.
